Guys, it’s cold outside, and we are not going out as much as we normally would but don’t forget to continue to move your body even as the temperature is slowly dropping.
Recently, my doctor suggested that I start to do yoga in addition to my daily walks. Prior to adding yoga to my routine, I would go on a few walks a day to get 10k steps every day. I love walking outside and when it gets really cold outside, I just bundle up and put on my walking shoes.
I recently purchased this coat, and it is so warm when I’m out getting my steps in.
