This challenge is based on her Five to Thrive list which consists of :
- Drinking half your body weight in ounces
- Getting up an hour early each day
- Moving your body for 30 minutes each day
- Practice daily gratitude
- Give up one category of food.
I am excited to be doing this challenge and I will be checking in throughout these last 90 days. I already know I am going to have some struggles but I am here to overcome them. Just to share- getting up in the morning has ALWAYS been a challenge for me and I think it will be hard to make sure I am working out daily because sometimes my schedule can get away from me. I assure you I am going to make it happen!
